Jupiter is sympathetic.

And yes, obviously the planets aren't to scale because then Earth would be a dot in comparison to Jupiter. And yes, Jupiter does in fact have gaseous rings.

I made Earth's landmasses brown to represent the deforestation and desertification currently going on (on a much exaggerated scale, mind you), and the water slightly grayer to represent the pollution in the water.
